Not in Australia at the moment, but stay tuned Feb 2027 😉
Where I'll be sending out monthly blogs of music updates and my chaotic Italian/Aussie life wherever I am in the world.
Thanks, you're on the waitlist... prepare to be overshared with.
Jess Fairlie has spent her whole life on stage. A Melbourne-born soul-pop vocalist, she was singing jazz standards in the city's clubs at thirteen, touring as a backing vocalist for Kate Ceberano as a teenager and nationally touring with Vanessa Amorosi and 1927 in her early 20s. This is where she learnt to sing and jump around like an energiser bunny at the same time 🐰
Her own music (soul and pop built on a jazz foundation) has earned airplay on Double J, triple j Unearthed and ABC stations, sold-out headline shows and support slots with the California Honeydrops, Kate Ceberano and Sex on Toast.
She's also the resident anthem singer for NBL side Melbourne United at John Cain Arena, so safe to say she likes making noise.
Two years ago Jess moved to Italy on a whim with a six-month trial that stuck. Since then she's filled dance floors at weddings across Europe, sung at the Human Rights Summit at the United Nations in New York, performed on cruise ships through the Caribbean, and run around like a headless chook as an official backstage manager for Milan Fashion Week. She splits her year between destination weddings and her other adventures abroad, and a peak summer season back home in Australia with her Like This Entertainment family.
